Lack of educational resources is one of the bitter realities for millions of children in the developing world.

At HIRA Charity, we realize the importance of education in developing a society that ultimately contributes to national progress, self-sustainability, skill-development, reduction of poverty, reduction of crime, critical thinking and opportunities in life.

Specific areas of education include:

• Orphan education- for the most vulnerable members of society
• School construction- developed in areas deprived of adequate schooling
• Infrastructure renovation- transforming existing buildings to be more conducive for education
• Scholarships- provided to bright students pursuing professional education
• Women and widows' livelihood projects- agricultural, tailoring and other technical skill development
• School Supplies- support poor and orphan children with books, uniform, stationery and seasonal clothing
• Classroom necessities- provide desks, chairs, tables, laboratories, etc
