Limitation of Liability:

HIRA and its staff will take all necessary precautions to ensure that the offered work environment is safe and secure for all its volunteers. HIRA, its staff, or its directors cannot accept any responsibility for any loss and/or damage to persons or property from events outside of our control, failure to use common sense, failure to follow instructions from supervisor, or damage resulting from risky and unprofessional behaviour. By accepting this agreement, you agree to indemnify HIRA, its staff, and its directors from any liability.

Privacy Statement:

HIRA collects and uses your personal information for the sole purpose of volunteering. We will not share, disclose, exchange or sell your personal information to any third parties without your prior permission.

Consent to Media:

When you attempt to volunteer at any event or program of HIRA, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording will be done by staff and volunteers. By entering the event or premises, you are giving consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by HIRA, its affiliates and representatives. Photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future. you release HIRA, staff and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. You also waive any right to check or approve any photo, video or audio taken by HIRA, the volunteer or entity designated to do so by HIRA. You have been fully informed of your consent waiver of liability and release before entering the event.
